We are looking for an HR Officer to provide HR support services across all areas of HR responsibility within Careers Wales. The successful candidate will join an experienced, supportive and enthusiastic team. The work will include assisting the HR Co-ordinators in managing recruitment and sickness absence, as well as updating, maintaining and assisting managers and staff on various HR systems. The HR Officer will be the first point of contact for staff enquiries via email and telephone. There will be some occasional travel around Wales involved.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service to the Chief Executive and the Executive Team, assisting in managing and prioritising time. The work will include liaising with people at all levels, diary management, drafting and formatting documents and preparation for meetings; arranging dates, venues, setting agendas, sending papers out and taking minutes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for keeping efficient filing systems. There will be some occasional travel around Wales involved.
